No the bulls wouldnt make this trade even tho they know deng might not resign at the end of the year.
They would want a big man in return but the warriors only have Biedrins and Harrington and i think they are unlikely willing to give them up.
If not the bulls would want atleast Ellis in the deal.

no they need luol deng no trades would work unless they trade stephen jackson or baron davis to the bulls
No Luol Deng is by far way more worth than the 2 GS players, you would need to throw in Monta Ellis and a draft pick...
Deng would be that extra big man we need, but no way we should give up Monta, needs to be Wright or someone else.
Luol Deng is too good to be traded for less then baron davis
