No. With Shaq in decline and 'Zo on his last legs the Heat cannot afford to give up Haslem for Harrington. Harrington is more of a perimeter player and his game is similar to that of Antoine Walker's. They need Haslem in the post to pick up the slack when Shaq goes down because 'Zo cannot do it any more.

Getting Ellis does not make a ton of sense for the Heat since he is basically a smaller version of Wade in the sense that he is more comfortable at the 2 than he is running the point.

Horrible trade for the Warriors.

Monta Ellis is emerging as a great shooting guard, while Al Harrington is perfect for Don Nelson's coaching system as a center.

Dorell Wright hasn't done anything in the league, and Udonis Haslem is not a good fit for the Warriors. Andris Biedrins will probably be better than Haslem next year anyways.
Warriors are not going to do this trade. they are going to give monte ellis a rising star and Al Harrington who can score inside and outside and play the PF and SM from time to time just to get Haslem who is close range shooter and for dorell wright who hasnt done much or either play much.

Ellis( average 16) and Harrington( average 16 ppg) can both score consistantly for Haslem( average 10) and Dorell Wright (6 ppg).

If this trade works, Heat has to give atleast 2 million or more cash for Warriors to give up a rising star and reliable scorer for 2 guys who cannont be compared to them.
